Today I was asked to write the name I want on my diploma. How hard could that be, right? I can't decide. Please vote on which name you think I should use.

When I got married my legal name was chaned to Shannon Kay Littlewood. That would be my advice to you.
I had (am having) the same dilemma! Ellsworth is just too cool of a name to lose, but I still have to vote for Cierra Nicole Sundberg.

Andrew's suggestion is "JonandCierra Sundberg" like you have on Facebook, ha!
You should go with the whole shebang...that's what I did. I'm proud of my maiden name, and my middle name (although that took some finangling) and I love having a married name. When in doubt, put it all in! After all, it's only a mouthful if you say it over and over--on a diploma, it all still fits.
My vote is for Cierra Nicole Ellsworth Sundberg...I like that you still have a sense of self..if that makes sense!!
Whatever you choose, make sure it is the same for everything...bank statements, credit cards, social security card, etc. I was lucky since I didn't have a middle name when I got married, but my advice is to just keep it to 3 names. It makes it easier in the long run. :)

Cierra that is hard but i think that you did all of your school with Cierra Nicole Ellsworth and than you get to add Jon's Name what could be bad about that remebering your past and adding your future and remebering it everytime you look at it good luck it will LOOK GREAT NO MATTERS WHAT YOU PUT CAUSE IT IS YOUR NAME ON YOUR DIPLOMA.
I like #1! It just sounds like the complete you. Just because your married now doesn't mean that you weren't an Ellsworth, before and still are!
